Big Air Trampolines are delivered by our courier partner Direct Freight to QLD/NSW/ACT/VIC/SA/TAS (unfortunately delivery’s to WA/NT are on hold at present).

This service includes order tracking so you’ll know where your trampoline is at every leg of its journey, and an authority to leave option so you don’t need to be home when it arrives.

Big Air Trampolines are covered by a 5-year warranty on the frame, and a 1-year warranty on all of the other parts. Warranty covers damage on the trampoline from normal use . Damage caused by storm, wind and extreme weather is not covered under the warranty.

Spare parts are available at a 50% discount to our existing customers. Our Brisbane-based customer service team are available to answer all of your trampoline-related questions.
